Coming back from hols is not something that will delight most of us.All of sudden dark cloud come and cover up the bright sun.Storm is coming right away.It is almost a week we had been a slave to academic.Begin with 2 assignment due on Monday we move to CPDC test on Tuesday.Tomorrow I have a business meeting evaluation and a task submission.I'm lucky enough because no task due on Thursday.Friday we have a test and a memo to be finished. For those from my PCS group we also have an outline to be submitted. This week is just too 'great' for us.Thanks a lot for last minute post of the assignment, a memo to be finished without sufficient knowledge and the 'best' was the test.

Anyway 'tomorrow never dies' and we still have tomorrow to make redemption.Maybe we should suggest a week of for ChemE students next week.Should we?Most of us will agree with this suggestion.By the way EE project is still not running while ETP presentation is waiting up front.Good luck all my friends.By the way be patient while waiting for the scholar.Hope we will get sooner or late because at the end of the day better late than never.Regularly time is running out not money (unless you're a shopaholic) but at this moment I feel there's still sufficient time to enjoy my life but the money is running away.By the way don't regret this 'moment of our life' because 'hidup ini memang PALAT tapi ESOK masih ada'.Live our life to the fullest. This will be a reminder for us so that this miserable life won't happen again.See you again.

Today I'm all alone at home.Boring? That's for sure but I'm lucky enough to have a car with me with more than half tank of oil. After sent my mom's to school I get back and do some chores.First of all I prepare all the ingredient for "terung goreng berlada".After that I continue with cooking and later doing the laundry.Around 9.50 I begin my journey and my target is Sungai Timun.Since that I'm not familiar with the place it takes quite sometime for me to find the place.I drive around thew village and Lubok China.

Unluckily Jaf is busy and I decided to leave. He invite me to the expo tomorrow. Then I take the way head to Simpang Ampat.Near Simpang Ampat traffic light I stop for a while to buy a few packets of kuih telur. Then I drive to Tampin in search for cendol. My mission to Tampin is 100% unsuccessful and I decided to drive home.Anyway the journey make me so tired because of the weather. It is very hot today and it makes me sweat all the time except when I'm in the car.Once I arrived home I took some Remaja mag to read and I found some interesting fact.I'll share it with you and give your opinion.

A guy's love :

1 - Guys will frequently give an advise or opinion as a symbol of his love.
2 - When his beloved didn't give enough attention, a guy tend to be jealous and sensitive.
3 - Guys will always care bout his beloved safety because they're more important then
themselves.
4 - Guys think that his girlfriend is the person he trust the most and he's willing to sacrifice
anything including his life.
5 - Guys likes to entertain the beloved one and he tend to change into a talkative person.
6 - Love might turn a guy into a very hardworking man and willing to help his girlfriend in any
problem.

This will be my 2nd post responding on the letter in last week NST that said 'best achievers' in SPM should get direct scholarship without being screened like the others.Since that I am home it gave me opportunity to talk about this matter with my father.Discussion with him had bring me another perspective looking into this issue.A point where I also fail too realise and in my opinion it will be a huge problem in the future.

For the last 4 years we saw that amount of students took more than compulsory subject is increasing. This trend also catalyze by the type of people that think student who took irregular amount of subject is 'brilliant'.This group of people never think twice about the quality of the sutdent or in other word the caliber. My father looks into this problem from perspective that in the future students will take irregular amount of subject in order to get direct scholarship. They pass the screening straight away beacuse of the amount of subject they take. They were not evaluated in their communication skills, critical thinking and teamwork.

People might not see this as a problem and this trend might create a problem. We can see that there's a barrier for student from boarding school (MRSM and SBP) to take more than 15(which is also impossible). Then will they deserve any scholarship if they don't get 'large' amount of A's?Those student come from daily school might have an opportunity to exploit this 'chance' by taking 'impossible' amount of subject. It won't be hard if they just take subject like science (far more easier than bio) and other ridiculous subject that doesn't even evaluated to take courses in higher education institute.

If we flash back we can see that most of the 'impossible' achievers are Malays which are qualify to be in boarding school. It do made me proud but if this trend keep on growth will soon a be lot of Malay qualify to be sposored?I'm not gonna be racist but todays we don't have a large amount of Malay student who are very successful in daily school. If soon they make it a habit to let 'ridiculous' scorer pass by screening automaticaly,we might seing a decrease in amount of Malay further their studies in critical field.Since that selected Malays are stranded in boarding school where they only can add the most 5 subject(neglect religous stream), other races might take advantage on this situation.

Nowadays people always talk about justice. We want everything to be fair.Man and woman have the same right.Jobs no more according to gender so on and so forth. It is similar to screening a student for sponsor.Student that achieve 'ridiculous' amount of A doesnt mean they are really good.A good students is not by amount of A's.Those 'great' achievers should be screen so that sponsors can justified whose gonna meet their requirement.I once again state my disagreement to give 'irregular' scorer sponsor without screening.

Today is my first day at home after few weeks away. What a great feeling to move away from UTP for a while. For the last few weeks which were very busy, holiday were such a great relief.Besides having a free great delicacies at home,it also bring some sort of peace.Yesterday journey was so tiring.Maybe because the sun shine all day long made it more painful.

Anyway both pic on the right is my dinner last nite.My parents brought me n my sisters to Jusco. We had our dinner at Kenny Rogers.I had a cup of Cappuccino and half chicken. In addition to that I also had few scoops of goolden corn and carrot and mash potato. It had been so long since my last bite of Kenny's roasted chicken. Finally my tummy fulfilled with a great dish.

This morning I had Kuey Tiow goreng.(or whatever it is called). Then I head to my grandma house to pickup few chicken to be breed by my mom's friend.I met with my cousins and aunt.Everything is almost the same since I left to UTP.Tomorrow I'll be at home alone.I need to plan something to fulfill my leisure time and hope I'll have a chance to snap a few picture around my hometown.I'll update this blog regularly so don't miss me.See you again later.

For this post lets review back our life.Perhaps we can review begin from our childhood till now.I believe that we as a human never escape from doing mistake. We might not realize it but it do happen. We often forget that we regularly pointing our fingers towards others, make them as our scape goat.We don't realize it sometimes we make fun of others and it hurt them.Friends we do hurt our parents. It might be unintentionally done but it's still wrong. We were nothing in this world without our parents.Never said that we were innocent when spoke about any wrong doing towards them.We also regularly forgot about our beginning.Once we succeed we seldom remember but our past.Be thankful to those who help us to move this far.

As a human, we can't flashback everything we had done in the past. However we should grab opportunity to say sorry or ask for forgiveness when it is available.Hari Raya is the best moment to ask for forgiveness and forgive others.Ask for it from our parents(even we meet them seldomly),family, friends and foes.Besides we need to do it more often on reviewing our past.Don't be to egoist.Be proud of your achievement but in the mean time grateful to ALLAH and thankful to help and pray for us.

Last week SPM result was released and we had seen another fantastic achievement by a student. She got 19 1A and 1 2A.For almost half a decade it had been a trend were student took more than regular amount of subject and try to get the best result. However for me there's a bit of doubt for what sake you're learning that amount of subject? Were it for future or just to claim publicity?Since that Malaysia governing body did not enforce any rules that barred any overlapping subject from being taken together, soon people might take more ridiculous subject just to be famous.

Since I leave school days I see that academic wasn't everything. From my experience there's something called as caliber.Caliber was something can't be written or tested in exam but it is something observe, judge by other peoples or professional on someone.Someone caliber can be judge base on his thinking, the way he talk, the way he's presenting himself/herself and so many other ways including their own dressing style.Would you accept a person walking in short and claims he/she is a president of certain organization or company (except ah long and underground)?I'm sure that beside ignore he/she you might even laugh as loud as you can.Without this criteria you might find yourself will be ignored or neglected by people even though you have miles of qualification.

Just now I read a letter sent by a reader of NST.She, a mother insist that any of major sponsor in M'sia should gave latest 'most successful' a help for her to further the study.Responsible party also should send a so-called 'mentor' to help her to make a decision.I'm not totally agree with the writer.Sponsorship is not just giving money for the sake of the students future. It is an investment by a certain parties on another parties with a planning to harvest the 'crop' once it mature. This concept always being overlook by a lot of people.Parents regularly think that sponsored is given just to help students to chase after their dream. It was not that easy nowadays.Students will undergo certain screening process to ensure they are good enough to be sponsored.Responsible people will observe your 'resume' and decide whether you had the potential and will be a 'profitable' investment for them in the future.

I'm also a sponsored students and I never had any privileged to get all that kind of advisor things. As a student, we should decide our future rite after the PMR where future courses will determine our field. There's a lot of personality test can help you to decide in addition to advise from counselor. It might not 100% correct but base on the result we can determine which path we should took.It is sponsor responsibility to help you to decide your future.Taking unusual road might lead you to greater achievement or else you might collapse and lost.At the early stage of application your certificate and result will be screened before you called for an interview.During the interview session you should show your caliber.Present yourself to the 'buyer' (not a prostitute ) as good as you can so that the'll believe in you. You'll be rewarded with sponsorship if they think you had present yourself well and they think investing on you is very profitable.

Deciding students future is not sponsor work.It should had been done by their school.Caunselor and teachers should had earlier guide them so that they won't choose a wrong path.A study also showed that employer todays looks at academic achievement as the no 12th criteria to be justify from any candidates.Academis will never totally represent the true potential of a student.PETRONAS itself screened their sponsored for future employment through certain test and followed an interview. It was much more harder today because number is not everything.Number did not represent quality.Quality is subjective think and number only repesent quantity.

Yesterday Gen06 faced Jupan for their 3rd match for UTP league. With a mission to win as big as they can, a few changes are made in their quest for goals.Aqbal and Wan played at the center of the park while Mat Yie remains as the right back.Matzam was restored back to the front.

Ball move smoothly from one side to another at the early stage of the games.Gen06 slowly begin to take control of the game and things turned bad for the opposition when one of their player were sent off for profesional foul. The dread lock was broke by Zick with a fine header. It was 1-o at half time.

Gen06 showed a better possession in the second half.Agan and Apih came in to replace Ustad and Sheikh.Defend begin to push forward to help forward searching for more goals but a long range try from opposition nearly produce a goal.Duih and Ayie sent in to stengthen the attacking followed by Ayang.Another goal came from corner after a nice touch by Ayie.Even though trying hard but they failed to tear off the defend.Mat Yie shot twice save while Duih missed a golden chance.

With another game to spare,Gen06 still has the chance to qualify to the next round by winning all the games.Tricky games awaiting in front and we hope players can give their best in the upcoming match.By the way congrats for the win.

A three days weekend seems to be just enough to reduce the stress and pressure in my head. Each night it is rainy and we fail to play futsal together. It was more than a week I haven't play rugby with teammates.A lot of frustrating when it comes to missing rugby.Anyway I can't blame them because life as a student in UTP getting busy and busier. In addition to that the weather also another stumbling block for us.At the end yesterday we manage to go for a picnic at Papan.

There were 12 of us and we went there with 3 cars.It takes less than half an hour to reach there. The location is near to Herbs Garden. The scenery was very pleasing and the air was very fresh. All of us were a bit unlucky because our target spot had already being taken by earlier group of visitors but we still manage to get a quiet a good place. We arrive there around 20 minutes after 10 am.Once we finshed uploading all of the things, some of us begin to fry nugget and some more set up the bbq fire.

At the same time while the guys busy preparing the bbq place the girls were having their breakfast. They had already prepared fried mee hoon to fill in our stomach while waiting for the chickens, meats and fishes cooked.Once we begin to cook, the girls go and have fun playing at the river. Then we change the duty giving the chance for those girls to cook.We have a relaxing rest in the cold and chilly free flowing water (even though there's no waterfall). It was very relaxing.

We had our lunch at 1pm.We were having chicken, meat, fish and sausage with rice for our lunch.Tribute to Agan for the tasty 'air asam'.We had the lunch up to our fullest before we change our clothes and begin to pack our things. While waiting for Uwais and Saiful to finish their last bathing session we spend some time to take pictures around the place.Half an hour past 2 we begin our journey back to UTP.Even though there's no waterfall but it is such a very good trip with friends.A trip suffiecient enough to release the tension and to begin a new week.

Lately I felt very lazy.Life seems to be a bit complicated. Now it is all about test, assignment and team project.Yesterday test was sucks. It was harder than expected.Who's the hell "genius" send the first question.Today is the beginning of another long holiday.I'm hoping for a bit rest this weekend after a very busy and miserable life for the last couple of weeks. In addition to the test my presentation also not so good.Hope I will do well in PCS at the end of the semester. This week alone I had watch 3 movie including Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.Other movies were Cicakman 2 and Los and Faun.Except Underworld the other two movies are comedy movie

Rise of The Lycans is a story of how war between werewolves and vampire begin.Lycans is the werewolves community that once transform they'll lost the control of their body.Somehow due to certain circumstances there's a Lycans names Lucian (if i'm not mistaken) capable to control the evolution of his body.He can be a wolves and turn back into human easily. He's in love with the Sonja, vampire princess and their secret relationship goes unnotice for a long period of time.At a point where Lucian is under custody because 'betrayed' the king,he begin to ignite the ressurection of Lycans.A few of them successfully escapes including Lucian and he had gone to meet the wolves pack in the jungle. His last howl after his failed mission to rescue Sonja had begin the attack of the wolves.A story of loves and pride.Lucian possesed a great character to be followed. He's brave, loyal and willing to sacrifice for the loved ones. Not only a dark adventure movie but also came along with a bit of patriotisme.Try to watch it.

Had you ever seen this kind of notice board in Malaysia?Or we gonna see it in the future? Both are question that might played in your mind if you read today's newspaper.

A statement by a statement by a member of state council (DUN) said that 'bumiputeraisme' is similar to apartheid principle back during colonial time.If what he said so is correct than we might see this kind of notice board sooner later.

Today we will browse through a bit of apartheid history.Apartheid was a system that separate between races in SA between 1948-94.The apartheid laws required black's tribe to used pass to move from one district to another.

A few more rules under apartheid :

-1913 Land Act and the various workplace colour bars.
-Prohibition of Mixed Marriages Act of 1949 prohibited marriage between persons of different races
- Population Registration Act of 1950 formalised racial classification and introduced an identity card for all persons over the age of eighteen, specifying their racial group
- Group Areas Act of 1950 partitioned the country into areas allocated to different racial groups
-Reservation of Separate Amenities Act of 1953 prohibited people of different races from using the same public amenities, such as restaurants, public swimming pools, and restrooms. Further laws had the aim of suppressing resistance, especially armed resistance, to apartheid.
-1953, the Bantu Education Act crafted a separate system of education for African students

Since British colonial leave our country, 'bumiputeraisme' had been applied. Our former leader agreed the principal where Malaysian native get advantages while other races benevolence is not forgotten.Lately since the turnover of Perak government we had heard a lot of racism-likes statement. We were Malaysian whom lives together for so long but why now we want to destroy it.Don't be silly and start to debate on unimportance issue. In my opinion they suppose to care about the development in Malaysia.Instead of accusing other things they should care about the civilans.'Bumiputeraisme' wasn't apartheid and it just an effort to help the native.Despite the 'bumiputeraisme' other races right also being protected. As a Malaysian we suppose to live in harmony and help the country to move forward.
