This morning got a briefing from SIIU.It was a damn bored briefing plus useless sharing session.Ingatkan intern oversea ada technology baru dapat tapi similar dengan Malaysia jer.Plus dengan survival problem,I think it is not worth it intern oversea unless intern kat Las Vegas,Miami ke bole la tahan.Ada banyak tarikan sikit nak intern kat situ.Todays weather is very pleasing.It's almost 2 pm and the sun it just begin to shine.Hope this evening not raining so leh turun main.Tapi that doesn't mean yang aku tak suka hujan.Hujan tuh rahmat.
Dengan kemudahan internet yang ada so baca paper online (bukan kedekut).Ada few news yang menarik such as Erdogan leaving World Economy Forum and Skim Cepat Kaya amongst goverment servants.Turkey's President,Recep Tayyip Erdogan decided to leaved the World Economy Forum as a protest to attack on Gaza by Israel.He's sad to see that audiences were giving a big applause for Shimon Peres speech.It looks like they are supporting Peres decision to attacked Gaza.What a shocking panaroma to be seen in a forum right after Palestine were almost vanish from the map.Other nation leaders and intelectual seems to be too afraid of Israel and put their humanity aside.Anyway what Erdogan had done is something we should be proud of.It might not looks so profesional but it showed that he loves and care about others.
Everyone want to be rich but there's no fast track to be rich.We can't be rich in a second nor in blink of eyes.A survey by CUEPACS showed that a staggering amount of 50k goverment servant participate in instant rich scheme.I can't place myself in their shoe but I don't think it is a wise decision to join that kind of scheme.It do promise you a lot of money but it can't guarantee youthat you will be rich.Few years back a lot of peoples had been the victims of the scheme and now it begin to struck back.To make matter worse,the increase in living cost may attract more peoples.This is not something funny because our parents might also be a part of this scheme.As a children with education we should monitor our parents and not only them need to monitor us.It doesn't mean we have to look after them all the time but just alert them about this to ensure they won't suffer.

Jangan berfikiran negatif dengan tajuk ni.Last post aku almost past 4 or 5 days.Life a bit busy la.Got to much things to be done and luckily I'm not struck by any illness.ETP pun da begin progress.SV pun nice.Everything look so fine.Every evening pun dapat turun maen.Player pun ramai.Love life like this so much.
Tadi sempat baca sikit online newspaper.Dalam Berita Harian ada 2 news yang bukanlah funny tapi attractive untuk aku.First budak kene tanduk dengan lembu and kene 20 stitches kat Jitra (maybe Jitra bukan pekan yang luck untuk tahun lembu.No offense roy).Tapi salah budak tu la sebab pi kacau lembu tuh.Sekali die naek hangin kan da kene.Bukan salah tuan lembu tapi binatang tu mesti angin tak berapa betul sebab kene tambat pi plak kaco.Malang betol.
Another news dari Jepun.A group of gentlemans were struck by illness coz eat sashimi and testicel of ikan buntal.Rasenye everyone well aware tantang poison dalam ikan ni and still ada yang nak makan.Aper la cerdik orang-orang sekarang.Kok iyo kayo pun sedokah kek yang miskin kan elok.Memangla ikan tuh eksotik (bukan erotik) tapi tuh da macam bunuh diri pi makan ikan tu.Jadi untuk yang cerdik pandai,makanlah benda laen yang tak merbahaya.Patut lepas makan boleh beristirehat dah tukar jadi bersama-isteri-berehat tapi kat hospital la.
Kejap lagi ada kelas untuk menjadi profesional person.Hope lepas nih dapat menulis dengan lebey profesional.See you later.

Since last year rase Malaysia nih da kurang aman.Politically unstable.Susah bile politik campur aduk dengan agama.Tapi rasa nak cakap pasal Malaysia skop macam besar sangat so talk bit bout UTP jer la.
Begin dengan rewind sikit during the year kite begin our study here.Mase tuh UTP nih aman jer rase.Takla busy dengan orang blogging then maki each other,maki event orang and kata yang bukan-bukan.Lately dengan blog bersepah-sepah and pendekatan ekstrim sesetengah pihak,condition looks like worsen.Less sensitivity on other races and religious.Aku tak tuding jari kat sape-sape tapi things were not on the right path.At the beginning of the sem pun da so many stories.No one enjoyed to hear bad things.
Sekarang orang sibuk cakap pasal politik.Pengundi hantu,politik wang dan kroni merupakan isu yang tak pernah lenyap dari arena politik di negara ini.Masing-masing saling melempar tuduhan yang kita sendiri tidak tahu kebenarannya.Namun begitu isu kroni bukan sahaja terhad dalam arena politik tempatan tapi juga dah mula menular dalam institusi pendidikan.Klo observe kat UTP nih la,bile someone from one particular organization jadi kepala event then for sure organization members mesti rmai jadi committee.Situasi camnih can be considered as cronisme.Tak telus tuh dalam pemilihan.
Kita hidup dalam negara yang multi dalam macam-macam perkara.Malaysia consist of more than one race,religious and culture.Each race had their own roles in the community.Somehow people nowadays dah tak sensitif pasal isu-isu camnih.Each one tak tengok perkara nih as a whole.Semua dengan pendapat sendiri yang kadang-kadang langsung tidak menguntungkan mana-mana parties pun.Similar scenario happen here.We got people begin to accused other religion.This things shouldn't happen if we think about the effect.We don't want UTP community live in havoc.People always fighting and accusing each other.
In my opinion PLKN is the best way to teach youngster about live in peace and harmony.We learn from history that without peace we can't move forward.If ekstrimis yang menakutkan orang laen,bertindak tanpa consider others terus wujud memang perspective Islam adalah terrorist takkan berubah.Guna approach yang terbaik untuk tawan hati orang.Jangan bertindak kasar dan membabi buta.No offense!!!!

Above nih petikan dari Utusan online yang aku baca.I'm not saying that what they had done is wrong but it's just a waste of time.Zaman sekarang bukan sama macam before merdeka.Todays if we aren't powerful in term of military or economy then we were nothing.Rather than doing demonstration it is better we raise fund to help those in Palestine.Wake up Malaysian.We aren't that powerful so that our voice of concern or hate towards Israel will be heared by them.With the size and population like a state in US,we were nothing.Our military is not that powerful and we might not even withstand if Singapore(a US companion) launch and attack on us.Realize the truth and do the right things.

Last nite our national team was out against the UAE team.Last weeks or two we were shocked with the fitness test result of our national team players.The result show that only 2 out of 20 or more trainee were fit enough to compete at international level.Based on this test we can said that MSL is a far worse legaue compared to what we expected.Previously I thought Malaysia can compete at international level due to height and size of Malaysian but the fact is our players is not fit make the condition worse.Since that fitness is not something that can be recovered during 4 or 5 days of training there's no way we can performed well in this qualifying round.
Beaten by UAE 5-0 at home was so humiliating.If in front of own supporters (don't think our supporters will go and watch match at UAE) they can perform then how it can be while playing away from home?If last nite match was the banchmark of our target to be at 2018 World Cup,I can said it is impossible.We had already lacked in height and now we were unfit.Disability to keep competent for the whole match cost us the game.Due to low fitness level there will be higher probability for the players to make mistake once they are tired.Can't those the administration of FAM think about this?Do they have insight about how's today football is played?It looks like FAM still in their comfort zone where they always look at the past when Malaysia is one of the most feared team in Asia.Come on guys,WAKE UP!!!!!
After all we should send states team coach for fitness coaching course.Since that players spend more time with states team then the coaches is the one who responsible to ensure they are fit at all time.In addition I think we should follow Ian Rush suggestion to have a coach for attackers.There are so much things to be upgraded if we want to succeed.PHM had already take the first step in order to improve our hockey team.FAM should follow their footstep and co-operate with former player to re-develop football in Malaysia.We as a Malaysian still want to see our team back as a top team in Asia.

At the moment hujan agak lebat out there.Tadi da lenjun mase pegi nite market.Internet at UTP currently memang sucks tapi somehow tibe-tibe elok plak.Today da dapat resolve masalah regarding PCS classes.Tomorrow kne jmpe course co-ordinator untuk konpemkan balik.This evening got ETP briefing.I thought ETP is simple ang budget will be given before we begin the project but unfortunately we need to request.Wadehek with the procedure.The best news is even my SV didn't now bout this ETP.Tomorrow nite got 1st grup meeting.No idea at the moment.
Tadi mase having dinner tengok Bones.Series yang almost similar cm CSI.Tapi ape yang wat Bones special sebab die ad 2 main character.Agent Booth is a former ranger and Bones (Temperant Brenan) an anthropologist expert.They are different in so many ways.Booth is a tough guy with an army background compared to highly educated Bones who are atheis.Even though they work together for most of the times and yet there's no romance between them.Great la if we had a chance to work with a profesional partner like this.

Wadehek kene kelas waktu jin keluar cari makan.Nampaknya rosak plan nak main rugby to the fullest this sem.Seems my physical condition won't change too much coz won't have enough time for training.PPD classes still unsolve problem.It'll be hard because both class is 2 hourse.Whut a f**king beginning of a sem.
Anyway today gonna rite bout rules for motorist.Nowadays there's some people who doesn't wear helmet.It's kind of weird because wearing helmet is for the sake of our life and yet there were some stubborn parties didn't follow the rules.In the NST website I read bout a man whom were fined because didn't wear helmet and instead just wear serban.Is this serban do have safety features?Don't be silly to ignore this rules and wear serban.We're not like Sikh who wear turban and demand exception on wearing helmet.I also didn't agree their demand because the turban also didn't have safety features but it will be hard for them to wear back the turban after pull it off becoz they got a very long hair.It is different compared to Muslims who also demand the same thing.We know that each transport got their own risk but ignoring the rules mean we did not try to save ourself.This scenario can also regarded as suicide.Even though it is a good thing but serban don't help to save us.Think about it...

Malam semalam aku tengok AJL.Most of performance memang impressive tambah pulak dengan special efek dari TV3.Anyway pada aku kalau dengar elok-elok semalam most lagu untuk loser.Lagu Untukmu,Yang Pernah,Sampai Syurga and few more songs memang lirik die sedih.Wutever it is congrats wat MUH coz menang while Faizal Tahir tak pulang dengan empty hand.After missing last year duel due to suspension(macam kene red card plak),he's back with an energetic performance with a bit 'weird gimic'.This morning i'm browsing through my gtalk list and unfortunately read one of my friend status.Perhaps it is an anger coz it sounds like this "those in Palestine are waiting to be bombed while we here were waiting for Juara Lagu".
It's true that it's unfair but accept it that we as a human sometimes forget bout other.Human and entertainment can't be separated.Anyway I'm not go against the statement nor supporting.We watch the show as an entertainment to satisfy ourselves.In addition it doesn't mean that we forgot bout our 'siblings' in Palestine.Those who is humans still care bout the war carried by uncivilize race.However quarelling bout simple things is just a waste of times but do bear in our mind not to said something that is incorrect.Simple small thing might coz huge problem and havoc in the future.

Hari ini aku memulakan hidup hujung minggu cara UTP.Bangun lewat dan lepak-lepak depan komputer.After taking my bath and breakfast aku pun open newspaper punya website.Baca sikit anything interesting.Macam biasa berita tentang Israel dan sekitar pilihanraya parlimen Kuala Terengganu.Anyway semalam after Jumaat ada demonstrasi by UTP students.Aku jadi pemerhati dari jauh.
Dah masuk 3 minggu since Israel mula lancarkan serangan keatas Semenanjung Gaza.Dalam BH konflik masih lagi menjadi headline.Setiausaha Agung PBB telah membuat kenyataan menempelak Menteri Pertahanan dan Menteri Luar Israel.Ban Ki-moon mengetuai bantahan yang dilancarkan oleh PBB.Tindakan Israel telah melampaui batasan hinggakan hospital dan bangunan PBB juga menjadi sasaran.Akibat daripada serangan itu bukan sahaja rakyat Palestin hilang tempat berlindung malahan PBB juga tidak dapat meneruskan operasi mereka disana.Dengan kebanyakan kuasa-kuasa besar dunia berdiri dibelakang mereka,Israel tampak seperti tidak takut akan sesiapa.
Saban hari kita lihat diserata dunia bantahan dan demonstrasi dilakukan dijalanan.Namun begitu tiada sebarang tanda yang Israel akan menghentikan serangan.Juga ada disebutkan bahawa Condoleezza Rice ada menghubungi kedua-dua menteri tersebut namun tidak dinyatakan apa butir bicaranya.Kita tahu bahawa sekadar demonstrasi jalanan oleh rakyat biasa seperti kita tidak akan bermakna tanpa tinadakan oleh pihak berkuasa.Kita juga memerlukan sokongan dari kuasa-kuasa besar dunia yang mempunyai kekuatan tentera yang digeruni.

Pagi ini amik 'off' kejap dari 'physical activities' after a very tiring day semalam.Last night main futsal dengan zick & co.Bangun tadi pun rasa macam dah nak tercabut sendi-sendi.Sebab keadaan badan yang dah teruk kena amik extra recovery time.After solat subuh aku baca online newspaper.Untuk hari ini tak banyak berita yang menarik perhatian aku.Israel and Palestine conflict still remains as the headline.Tadi sambil browse through Utusan punya stories aku jumpa 2 topik yang menarik perhatian.First about multi-medium school and another is about PPSMI.
Multi-medium school had caught our attention at the end of last year.During a Parlimientary meeting session,son of our former prime minister had suggested that we change from multi-medium school to single medium school.It means we will only have one school that using probably english as the medium for PNP.His suggestion has taken the whole Parliament by storm.Many political figures go against him.In todays newspaper,current TPM says that a multi-medium system is better compared to single medium school.This is because it helps to fulfilled each race needs.
Meanwhile some experienced teachers had a different opinion about this issue.Some of them said a single medium school will help to improve the competitiveness amongst students.Compared to currently adopted multi-medium schools which saw schools divided according to races,gathering all the students together with different backgrund will help to increase competitiveness.In addition, students can be shape using the same mould and help to built the unity.In the same time students can learn about other races culture.If this idea is applied,it looks like idea of Malaysia race can be accomplished.Disability to understand each other can cause disharmony.Certain parties might talk about all the problems that we may face but resist to talk about the advantage.It may sound harsh but they are being too pessimist.We should try to study the ide and evaluate all the pro's and con's in details.The suggested single medium schools might help to built the unity begin from the youngster.
Another issue that caught my attention is PPSMI.Learning science and mathemathics wasn't new in our country.It had been applied for more than 6 years and there're no more books,text and activities in Malay's in the market.Lately there are few intelecs sounds their discomfort about the system.Some of them are questioning about the integrity of government in preserving the Malay language.At the moment except Science and Mathematics,other subject still using Malay language as the medium.In my father opinion,those who were suggesting to looks back to Malay language as the medium to teach Science and Mathematics is not thinking about others future but only for the sake of their popularity.
After few years we can see that public exam result keep on increase(don't know whether the ministry cheat or not).Besides,if we back track and used back Malay language it will cost more money.Text books and activities books need to be reprint and it only benefiting the printing company.Besides PPSMI helps Malay students to master English language.Mastering English will further help students while pursuing their studies in university.At the moment there's no more books in Malay language and even subject related to Malaysia also in English.It also helps Malay's students to keep in touch with the other races counterpart.Ability to master English also will help to make it easier to communicate amongst students because English is regarded as main language use worldwide.

I woke up early this morning and around 0715 I head to the field.I had a couple rounds of jog and followed by walking for another couple of rounds.Then I do some weightlifting in the gym.My morning exercise session end at around 0915.I walked back to my room to have my breakfast and some rest.I filled up my leisure times by reading newspapers and playing games.Anyway I there are few headlines that caught my attention.They are about politics and fuel price.
Most of the newspapers is talking about Kuala Terengganu mini election and disharmony in political party.Back in Kuala Terengganu,a giant flag that fall almost cost an innocent people life.A motorcyclist was injured in the incident and he lost goods for his bussiness.In another incident early in the morning,a quarelled occured when a man was erecting a flag.It happens because of territory which it is not legally own by any political party.Why don't just let the campaign go on peacefully.We live in the world were everything owns by ALLAH and no party own even a village or city legally because they only will be the administrator and manage the region.Disharmony in opposition coalition also caught the my attention.With PAS stand firm with their objective and DAP continuously go against that idea,things seems to be not heading the right direction.One of DAP member also stated that Malaysia is not an Islamic country based on 'Mahkamah Agung' decision backed in 1988.If this problem left unsolved,opposition coalition future seems to move to their own graveyard.Malaysian is a multi-racial and multi-religious,any religious related rules need a further studies before being applied.
Next issues is about oil price.After rise astronomically last year,oil price had dropped down and remains around USD 40 a barrel.Locals had urged the government to further lowered the fuel price and yet government did not give a yes.It is explained in the newspaper that there will be no fuel price reduction unless the price fall and remains below USD 40.In addition,respective minister also said there is no price rise unless price for a barrel of oil exceeding USD 70.With this strategy means oil price will remains for sometime.Any price hike also won't cost us,consumer any budget reconstruction.I hope oil price won't be an issue in the future with the explanation given by the minister.In addition,increase of oil price will also increase the price of goods for consumer.

Sejak dari bermulanya serangan Israel ke atas Palestin,media massa tidak henti-henti menyiarkan berita tentang kekejaman mereka.Akhbar hari Utusan hari ini mendedahkan pula tentang pengunaan bahan kimia terlarang oleh Israel dalam bom mereka.Israel menggunakan bom yang mengandungi fosforus putih untuk menyerang Palestin.Fosforus putih adalah beracun dan penggunaannya adalah dilarang.Ia mudah terbakar dan melebur pada suhu yang rendah.Fosforus putih bole menyebabkan kecederaan dan kematian dalam 3 cara iaitu:disedut melalui saluran pernafasan,dihadam dan mencederakan tisu-tisu badan.Untuk berita lanjut lawati link berikut;

Kita dikejutkan lagi dengan tindakan Israel menyerang semula Palestin.Tambah menyedihkan apabila serangan itu mendapat restu dari sekutu utama mereka,Amerika Syarikat.Biarpun menerima kecaman hebat dari rakyatnya sendiri,Barrack Obama tetap dengan pendiriannya.Saban hari penduduk dunia dari pelbagai lapisan masyarakat melakukan perarakan dan demonstrasi membantah serangan tersebut namun sebaliknya yang berlaku.Semalam Israel telah bertindak mengurung sekumpulan rakyat Palestin di dalam sebuah bangunan sebelum mengebom bangunan itu bertalu-talu.
Beberapa hari yang lepas ada pihak yang mencadangkan agar Israel dijatuhkan hukuman sebagai penjenayah perang sama seperti pihak Serbia.Cadangan ini dianggap sangat tepat kerana mereka telah membunuh ribuan rakyat Palestin seperti mana penyembelihan beramai-ramai umat Islam oleh pihak Serbia di Bosnia.Namun begitu cadangan semata-mata tidak akan membawa sebarang makna.Tindakan perlu diambil oleh pihak yang bertanggungjawab.Biarpun konflik ini telah menelan nyawa pelbagai pihak sejak ianya bermula namun ia tetap gagal dihentikan.Israel tetap berdiri dengan teguh disokong oleh Amerika Syarikat yang merupakan salah satu kuasa veto dunia.Hanya bila buku bertemu ruas barulah sengketa ini akan berhenti.Tanpa desakan mana-mana satu kuasa veto lain,Israel pasti akan terus mengganas.Dengan Perancis dan Britain berpihak kepada Amerika harapan disandarkan kepada Russia dan China.Kemampuan Russia dalam bidang ketenteraan memang tidak dapat dinafikan dan tekanan yang mereke berikan dijangkakan dapat membantu dalam menghentikan konflik ini.
Sejak beberapa hari yang lalu banyak demonstrasi diadakan dan rakyat negara kita juga tidak ketinggalan.Sesetengah pihak berpendapat demonstrasi semata-mata tidak dapat membantu.Kita ibarat mentimun sedangkan Israel dengan sokongan Amerika seperti durian.Tidak dinafikan setiap pekerjaan harus dimulakan dengan secara kecil-kecilan namun jumlah rakyat ini nyata terlalu kecil dan tidak ubah sepeti sebuah negeri di Amerika.Memburukkan lagi situasi adalah konflik dalaman negara yang tidak lagi selesai membuatkan negara kita kelihatan lebih lemah.Cadangan untuk memboikot produk-produk keluaran syarikat antarabangsa juga tidaklah begitu bernas.Ini kerana kesan buruk dari boikot ini akan kelak menyusahkan rakyat negara ini yang bekerja di restoran-restoran 'fast food' dan kilang-kilang pemprosesan.Ini akan meningkatkan lagi kadar pengangguran dikalangan masyarakat khususnya Melayu yang berpendidikan rendah.
Menunaikan solat hajat memohon perlindungan dari Ilahi merupakan satu langkah yang sangat bijak.Doa-doa dari umat Islam dari serata dunia amatlah diperlukan oleh para pejuang Hamas dan Hizbullah yang cuba mempertahankan bumi Palestin.Usaha mereka disertai dengan doa kita semua InsyALLAH akan membuahkan hasil.Selain dari bantuan kewangan,bantuan perubatan dan makanan juga amatlah diperlukan.Tanpa ubat-ubatan yang mencukupi dan makanan yang bersih,wabak penyakit boleh memburukkan lagi keadaan.
Boleh kita simpulkan bahawa konflik antara Israel dan Palestin memerlukan tindakan yang pantas.Hendak diharapkan negara-negara Islam di Timur Tengah yang kebanyakan disokong oleh pihak Eropah dan Amerika,tidah ubah seperti tindakan anjing menyalak gunung.Kita memerlukan sokongan dari kuasa-kuasa besar dunia yang kuat dari segi ketenteraan.Sebuah negara yang masih melalui proses pembangunan kita boleh menghulurkan bantuan ubat,makanan dan wang.Bagi mereka yang beragama Islam,panjatkan doa kepada Ilahi agar pejuang-pejuang di Palestin beroleh kemenangan.

A song sang by David Archuleta.Anyway this song kind of attracting my interest because it is about a teenagers life.At the moment we got crush on someone and don't know whether it is just crush or true love.Life as a teenager might be bit complicated but never be a loser.Just make up your mind and speak it out.If we regret our decision at that time,there's still times to get back on the right track.Never be a LOSER but be BRAVE!!!

Last night it was the second round for Malaysian 1st football division.Former treble champions, Kedah suffer another defeat.This time it was the 'Deer' who knock them down.Meanwhile there's a win for Red Giant against the Gaur (seladang).With both games considered as big games there's also a win for Perlis,thanks to great performance by Nizarudin Yusof.The former national hitman blast the ball into the back of the net three times.If I'm not mistaken, he's at the top of goal scoring chart.Elsewhere there's a win for big-spender,Kelantan and Kuala Muda Naza.
Even though it's too early to make any prediction but it looks like Selangor is improving under new coach while Kedah still left searching their form.A few blunder from keeper,Helmi had cost Kedah 2 defeats in a row.Azraai Khor need to sort out this problem as soon as possible or else they will struggle in the league.Without foreign players we can see a few names begin to show up.An old folk,Nizarudin Yusof had shown lethal touch so far while Zaquan Adha show that he is not affected by all the crises surrounding his twin.A few Selangor player also in a good form.This is something B Sathianathan should notice.Those players deserved a chance to play their trade.He should follow Capello principle where only on form player will be called for international duty.Without foreign players,we hope there will be more talents to show up and keep the competitions for place in the national team's.

Currently tengah main new game.Previous game already deleted because I had made a mistake and sold Gamberini.This new game play using formation 4-3-3.Beginning of season I bought Veloso and Balotelli.In the mid season sign Guardado and Chiellini(loan with buying clause).Anyway all the player are worth buying but Balotelli might took sometime to adapt to EPL games.For 2009/2010,I had already bought Asenjo,Fazio,Ramon and Witsel.Carvalho and Kalou already sold while Hilario,Mineiro and Cudicini are release at the end of their contract.
Fazio and Chiellini perform a good partnership at the back without Terry.Ramon is a youngster playing as a centreback but has a characteristics as a good right back.Anyway I'm eying for Ashley Young but Villa did not allow him to go at 18M.At the end to cover Lampard absent because of injury I bought Witsel.Witsel make his debut as an attacking mid but did not perform very well.Actually I'm not really playing 4-3-3.I've got 2 strikers up front,an attacking mid behind them and a winger on the left while my defensive midfield and playmaker postioned behing the attacking mid.
At the back I've got a combination of Terry with Chiellini/Fazio at centre while Cole and Bosingwa on the both flank.Still got Bridge and Ivanovic to cover them.In addition here comes Mancienne,Bertrand(from academy) and Ramon.Actually I'm following Wenger style where I gather yongster with high potential.

Hari ini merupakan hari pertama persekolahan bagi hampir semua negeri di seluruh negara.Sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini sekolah bukan lagi intitusi yang aman tanpa perubahan.Hampir setiap tahun kita dikejutkan dengan bermacam-macam isu yang langsung tidak membawa kebaikan.Tidak diketahui semua ini sekadar sandiwara politik atau benar-benar bertujuan untuk memantapkan institusi persekolahan.Seringkali perbicaraan berkenaan setiap isu menjadi buah mulut guru-guru dibahagian pentadbiran sekolah.Selepas isu berkenaan telefon bimbit dan yuran peperiksaan, kita dikejutkan lagi dengan pemansuhan yuran persekolahan.
Berita ini nyata memberi tamparan hebat buat pentadbiran sekolah diseluruh negara.Setelah sekian lama yuran dikutip bagi menampung kos untuk menjalankan kelas tambahan,klinik-klinik peperiksaan,aktiviti sekolah serta ujian dan peperiksaan.Biarpun berita ini merupakan khabar gembira buat para penjaga namun senario berbeza buat para guru.Sesetangah pihak berpendapat ini hanya satu sandiwara politik untuk memenangi hati rakyat kembali..Ini menjanjikan perjalanan yang semakin berliku untuk sekolah dalam memajukan modal insan diseluruh negara terutama di sekolah-sekolah harian.
Tidak dinafikan ada golongan yang berpendapatan rendah tidak mampu untuk membayar yuran persekolahan sepenuhnya.Dengan keadaan ekonomi yang tidak menentu rakyat dari kelas sederhana juga dijangka akan menerima kesannya. Namun begitu pihak sekolah bukanlah kejam dan masih boleh bertolak ansur.Yuran boleh dikurangkan atau dibayar secara ansuran sehingga akhir tahun perskolahan berkenaan.Apa yang nyata sekolah tetap menawarkan pelbagai kemudahan untuk membayar yuran tanpa memberi tekanan.Seharusnya yuran bukanlah satu isu yang wajar dianggap membebankan sekiranya para penjaga inginkan anak-anak mereka beroleh pencapaian yang membanggakan.
Manusia bukan hidup di alam fantasi dimana semuanya sempurna tetapi di dunia yang penuh pancaroba.Muda-mudi zaman sekarang tidak lagi menjadikan sekolah sebagai rumah kedua sebaliknya pusat membeli-belah dan pusat-pusat hiburan merupakan rumah kedua mereka.Ada diantara mereka yang hanya pulang ke rumah hanya untuk makan,tidur dan menukar pakaian.Masa senggang dihabiskan dengan aktiviti yang tidak berfaedah.Jauh di kawasan perkampungan para pelajar menghabiskan petang dan malam mereka dengan melepak di kedai-kedai makan dan di persimpangan jalan.Perkara ini langsung tidak dilihat sebagai mebimbangkan oleh para penjaga dan pemimpin.Tambah menyedihkan adalah mereka ini berbangsa Melayu.Ibu bapa sanggup berhabis duit membelikan motor untuk kemudahan anak-anak mereka yang kemudian disalah guna.Bermula dengan aktiviti seperti ini para pelajar mula berjinak-jinak dengan rokok dan lumba haram.Fenomena ini kelak akan merebak ke seluruh negara kerana sekolah-sekolah tidak lagi mampu untuk membiayai kos untuk menjalankan aktiviti bagi mengisi mase terluang para pelajar.Apakah tiada orang atasan yang punya 'insight' tentang masalah yang bakal melanda?
Ilmu tanpa amal seperti pohon tanpa buah.Perumpamaan ini boleh dikaitkan dengan pelajaran di sekolah tanpa latihan.Bukah mudah untuk kita memahami sesuatu yang baru andai kita tidak melihat dan mendalaminya dari pelbagai sudut.Disinilah latihan akan memainkan peranan penting untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman berkaitan sesuatu subjek.Kelas tambahan buat para pelajar dalam tahun peperiksaan membantu mereka mepersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi peperiksaan dengan latihan-latihan pengukuhan.Dengan yuran yang dipungut akan digunakan untuk memberi saguhati buat guru-guru yang mengadakan kelas tambahan.Klinik-klinik menjawab soalan pula memberi gambaran awal tentang sesuatu peperiksaan selain memberi pelajar tips-tips berguna untuk menghadapi peperiksaan.Tanpa yuran yang menjadi 'penaja' untuk semua aktiviti ini selama ini,pihak sekolah tidak lagi mampu menganjurkan aktiviti pemantapan pelajar.
Buka mata dan telinga.Jangan menjadi buta hanya kerana punya agenda tersendiri.Institusi sekolah bukanlah sesuatu yang wajar dipolitikkan.Kaji sedalamnya dan berbincanglah dengan mereka yang terlibat dengan pentadbiran sekolah seperti pengetua dan penolong kanan.Sebelum membuat sebarang keputusan perlulah punya 'insight' tentang punca masalah dan akibatnya.Jangan kelak kita sendiri yang akan rugi

From my last post I had wrote bout striker and today we will move to midfielder.Midfielder can be divide into few types such as play maker,defensive midfielder and winger.Let discuss all the criteria to be a play maker.A play maker briefly is the heart of attacking play.They will receive the ball and try to create space and chances as much as they can using their creativity.They are the most creative person in the field, have a very great vision,accurate passing and tireless.A player with high natural fitness which means they can keep playing at the same concentration and tempo all the time.They also should be able to read opponent game faster than everyone.With today's game played at a high tempo, pace also important.In addition to the basic criteria, a play maker also capable to blast the ball from long range into the net.Some of play maker are technically gifted so that they are be able to take advantage from set pieces.A player like Stevie G can be considered almost a perfect play maker.He is fast,strong in the air,accurate passing and equipped with powerful leg but lack of creativity.John Obi Mikel is another good example of a play maker.He is creative,hardworking,strong and a tough tackler.However he is lacking in pace.
Anyway we will for sure lacking in height compared to both players but we can eliminate the disadvantage using speed,agility and technique.Even though we were short but we can focus on speed.We can train player so that they accelerate better with pace to burst through the defence and capitalize on opponent error.Both technical and agility advantage can help us to further remove the disadvantage of being short.Looks at Deco, even though he is short, he still manage to be one of the best play maker in the world.Have a look at Diego,Werder play maker.Technically gifted to capitalize on set pieces and he has pace.After a dazzling form back in Brazil as a teenagers, he failed to shine during his first stint in Europe but back in the fray as one of the most feared midfield.Perhaps FAM realize that we need all this in our play maker.Failure to find a play maker means the teams is already losing before the match.......

Selamat datang ke tahun 2009.Untuk 'posting' kali ini aku nak memperkenalkan rakan baru untuk para jejaka, majalah "Men's Health".Ini merupakan kali pertama aku beli majalah ini dan yang pasti ak amat berpuas hati dengan intipati di dalamnya. Untuk keluaran Januari 2009,penekanan diberikan ke atas isu mengembalikan bentuk badan (body conditioning).Got few tips there bout diet and exercises in order to keep fit and healthy.Besides there are also few secrets tips bout men and women relationship (guys u should get it for ur future).
First of all I'm gonna touch on foods for our body.On page 16 we can find the best fruits to eat.Find the best fruit that will keep u look younger and healthy.Move few more pages and find the foods for muscle triangle.In addition there are also information on how to marinate and cooks food while maintaining the nutrients.Finally there's a recipe but not for us la because it use pork.
Anyway it's useless to talk to much on foods if we don't do exercise.For this edition they showed a sets of training to help us regain our shape and fitness.In the same times they also included a bit of tips for gym's 'rat'.Using this tips might help them to growth their muscle bigger.Also include a guide for beginner who gonna involve in 'body building'
Mens and womens were made for each other but somehow men and womens usually failed to understand each other.In the Jan 09 edition u can find a section where it'll teach u how to speak her language.Somewhere at the middle of the magazine u can find tricks how to made ur relationship happier.From my reading I can said it can make the relationship far more instresting than what we expected.In addtion there are also few facts that a man should know.
The price might be expensive compared to Ujang but it is something regarded as must buy for a men (includes those who located in the transition zone).Go n get it now friends!!!!GUYS only!!!!
It is 2009 already and we had gone through 2008 with success.I'm looking forward for a better year.It looks likes time is running out for me to bring out the best while studying in UTP.I'm no more involve in any event and aiming for a success in both study and rugby (go UTP Knight!!!).Anyway I'm not going to write all the things happened in 2008.Happy New Year!!!!!
