Bagi pembuka bicara, it is a must for you to know that I'm no great fan of any political party.The reason why I include the "Salam 1 Malaysia" is to promote unification among Malaysian.Bersatu kita teguh,bercerai kita roboh.Perpaduan teras kejayaan.
Move on this post topic,I'm gonna share two my best rated burger (so far) in Kuching area.We have seen a craze on grilled and various other burger in peninsular and I do believe the craze has been starting here long before it started in peninsular.So let's have a look of what they're offering.
The two pictures on top is Home Made Grilled Burger located at Astana.You can look for their FB page for further info.They offer chicken,beef and lamb patty.It comes with fresh tomato and salad with a slice of cheese.All come at a reasonable price of RM 4 for beef n chicken while RM 5 for lamb.
Move to the bottom pictures, it is the Simpang Tiga Grilled Burger.It is a stall located at the shop houses next to KWSP buildings opposite to Swinburne University.Operating from 7pm onwards from Monday to Friday.They offer similar choice of patty with slightly different partnership.Chicken accompany by slice of pineapple while cheese for beef and lamb.They use special sauce which looks like combination of mayo n some other ingredients.To suit your taste they offer add-on like eggs, cheese and pineapple slice.If I'm not mistaken the price range from RM 3.50 to RM 6.Last but not least they also makes benjo.
From my taste point of view,I prefer the second stall.The patty is a bit chewy and more juicier.It do taste better even after you keep it overnite (in your fridge) and heat it up using microwave.But the setback is the patty is limited especially chicken patty.Usually the stall close around 1030 to 11 pm.
For my beloved friends who is planing to have a holiday here, don't forget to go and try both burger if times permit.Usually you dont need to ques for long hours.They do offer booking through phone which makes purchasing is easier and you dont have to stand there waiting.That all this time around.Till we meet again.
